Field supervision denotes object inspection, performed on a regular basis with a view to state deviations from the project, and to solve problems which have been created within building process.
Frequently client may not notice deviations from the project if there is not a person at his side, who has developed this project. Wherewith it might be the case that, for instance, when a wall was built otherwise than specified, hence order quantity of tiles is insufficient. Or a situation, when planned tiles are not available any more and others have to be found (so called additional works).
A separate agreement is concluded on execution of field supervision, wherein is price specified per an object inspection and additional drawings. While field supervision is performed, inspection of an object is registered in a special registration journal, on which basis at the end of each month an Invoice is made. If an object is small or is located in another country, in interior project we can set up number of visits to particular object.
