Hand drawn sketches, which are not in scale and which do not have dimensions and specification of materials, cannot be called interior projects.
Visualisation also cannot be called an interior project, as it is made prior to development of drawings. It may illustrate overall spirit of an interior, concept, but on its basis, a builder won’t be able to build anything, as well as you won’t be able to order concrete furniture and materials.
